We’ll provide a shipping label, no questions asked. Return the product in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and we’ll issue a full refund once it’s received at our warehouse.

Bracketing Policy:

We do not allow bracketing of any kind. Bracketing occurs when a customer purchases multiple products—whether different versions of the same item (e.g., sizes or colors) or entirely different products (e.g., a pair of bookshelf speaker, a pair of tower speakers, and a soundbar)—with the intention of returning most or all of them after selecting one to keep or deciding to keep none. Any return or refund request identified as bracketing will be declined.
