Outdoor

Outdoor listening starts with the area you want to cover and the connections available there. This range includes conventional speaker pairs, constant-voltage installation models, and powered SKAA speakers. Their wiring and amplification requirements differ. Choose the appropriate system type before deciding where to mount the cabinets, and follow each model's exposure and installation guidance.

Signal wiring and power are separate questions

A passive outdoor speaker needs a cable from an amplifier. A powered wireless speaker still needs electrical power, even when the audio arrives wirelessly. Constant-voltage models belong to a planned distributed installation. Check which arrangement applies to the model you select.
