TWS1 uses Bluetooth and a charging case; HAL1 connects by cable and uses interchangeable ear tips with an around-ear cable arrangement. TWS1 keeps the earpieces separate during listening and stores them in a charging case. HAL1 uses a wired connection with MMCX connectors at the earpieces. For either format, start with the supplied fit and setup guidance rather than assuming one tip size will suit every ear.
